      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create user with NS admin
2. Create NS scoped Instancetype and Preference
3. Attempt to create Bootable volume via form

      Actual results:

      NS scoped Instancetypes and Preferences are not visible

      Expected results:

      All possible Instancetypes or Preferences are visible
