[RFE] Remove asterisk and pre-populgate the GPU device name

      Description of problem:

      On GPU Device modal, the name is optional and mainly for identification purposes. Suggest to improve it:
1. remove the asterisk from the name
2. pre-populate the name so user don't have to fill it
