Cannot create vm from template via customize wizard

      Description of problem:

      Error happens while creating vm from template:
1. there is an error flash by just after select the template
2. cannot continue on customize page, error happens like below:

      1. select a template in catalog
2. click customize
3.

      Actual results:

      error happens in the two steps

      no error happens
