Unable to change password before VM start using instancetype

      Description of problem:

      While testing Ui, i saw that in UI we have the option to customize and using which we can change password/username if we choose template  but while creating VM from instancetype i don't see this option to change username/password before the VM starts and somehow even after starting VM i see issues with changing password.
      
      I started VM and then from yaml i try to change password and restart the VM from UI.
      After this i try to connect using virtctl and it didn't work
