Description of problem:
"Not available" shows in CPU | Memory
It happens in catalog quick creation page and VM details tab(after created), but it's okay in customize wizard.

1. create vm from template
2. just after the template is selected in catalog

"Not available" shows in CPU | Memory

Expected results:
Template cpu and memory shows there
