The link path for the "Go to the Virtualization Settings tab to enable this feature" link in the Add network interface modal has the namespace hardcoded to "rhodes".

To reproduce:

1. Ensure the "Enable bridged network interface hot plug" setting in the Virtualization > Overview > Settings tab in the Preview features section is disabled.
2. Open the VM page for a running VM.
3. Navigate to Configuration > Network interfaces and click the Add network interface button.
4. Click the "Go to the Virtualization Settings tab to enable this feature" link.

Actual result: 
The URL will have "rhodes" as the namespace even if that namespace doesn't exist.

Expected result:
The URL will have the same namespace that was selected when the link was clicked.
