Feature Request:

The ability to snapshot both memory and disk of OpenShift Virtual VMs to increase resume time of existing VMs and start up times of cloned VMs to have similar functionality to VMWare's suspend-to-disk capabilities. 

Use Case:

1. Ability to suspend to save on cluster resources while not losing running state of VM and it's memory contents.
2. The ability to clone an existing snapshot to a new VM based on the snapshot to reduce VM boot times.

Existing Work:
I also found that there was work done on a similar feature that was detailed in this proposal document and upstream PR that was closed but not merged due to performance concerns on PVCs.
