Description of problem:

I had added these comments to CNV-28250 in Jira and also to the Google document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ID5Ijg-gAdfB9dcjV9pmuh4us4G8gMw6UWgQQGOcakg/edit#heading=h.4epjymc55gqs) that describes this feature. Yifat asked me to open a bug, as the Dev work for this feature is already complete.

I realize that this work is well underway so I will mention only a couple of things I noticed:

– The hover text for the Red Hat provided InstanceTypes is inconsistent in defining what the series abbreviations represent. A couple say that the abbreviation is "for" something, and others say that the abbrevation is "of" something. The use of "for" seems clearer.

– In the QE cluster that I looked at, the GN series hover text appears to have the link formatted incorrectly.
