Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
VM status is not refreshed on VM list page, the issue only happen on the list page, not happen on VM tabs.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On VM list page, start/stop the VM
2.
3.

Actual results:
VM status is not update on the UI

Expected results:
VM status is updated accordingly when the backend status updated
