Description of problem:
In catalog -> instanceType -> Add volume, the page of source "Registry" is different from the source Upload/PVC, they should be consistent in the same modal.

• The “Name" should be "Volume name" and move to "Destination details”(which is missing for registry).
• StorageClass is missing
