Approve the advisories a minimum of 24 hours before the release. Preferably you will approve the errata when the advisory is in the QE state.
The day of and the day prior to the release - Check the status of the advisories on the day before and day of the release to see whether you need to re-approve. Sometimes there are last-minute changes or security approvals that can reset the Docs Approved status to requested.
Close the Jira task as done after the errata is in the Shipped Live state.
