When a user selects a template on the Catalog page and clicks "Customize VirtualMachine", a modal appears with two buttons: "Next" and "Cancel".

Clicking the "Next" button displays a page called "Review and create" (bad title. I am creating a separate bug to change that name). This page has several tabs where the user can configure more settings including cloud-init, scripts, and SSH key. This needs to be documented in the "Creating VM from template" module.

Because there are so many settings, I recommend that instead of documenting each tab, a list of tabs be created. Then we can add a link to the various tabs on the web console page. Alternatively, we could add the optional VM configuration to the assembly itself, so that we do not have to bury the links under "Additional resources"
