• Approve the advisories a minimum of 24 hours before the release. Preferably you will approve the errata when the advisory is in the QE state.
• The day of and the day prior to the release - Check the status of the advisories on the day before and day of the release to see whether you need to re-approve. Sometimes there are last-minute changes or security approvals that can reset the Docs Approved status to requested.
• Close the Jira task as done after the errata is in the Shipped Live state.
