Description of problem:
DataImportCron Garbage Collection can mistakenly delete latest PVC

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CNV 4.13.2

How reproducible:
Not very reproducible but looping over the test should expose it eventually.

1. Run [test_id:7406]

Actual results:
Fail sometimes

Expected results:
Pass 100% of times

Additional info:
The PVC will get recreated. it's a bummer to have the latest source deleted
and unavailable for some time
