The checkbox shouldn't be automatically checked when creating an SSH

      When the user creates a VirtualMachine from a template, and customizes the Authorized SSH key, currently the checkbox is automatically checked.

      To fix this, the check box should be unchecked by default under the "Use existing" and "Add new" radio buttons.
