Section Number and Name:
"Monitoring"

Describe the issue:
The section "Monitoring" is nested below the "Support" section.
However, "Monitoring" is describing general procedures which are also relevant outside support inquiries.

Suggestions for improvement:
Move "Monitoring" out of "Support". Both of them should be on the same level.

Additional information:
We could consider to rename "Monitoring" to "Observability"
