Need to add notebook for running queries against any input cluster.

The user just need to add to the notebook the 2 inputs:

1. kubeadmin-password
2. kuebconfig file

Add ability for the user to configure config file in .kube folder and kubeadmin password inside jupyterlab container that run inside ci pod.
