Add an example of a NNCP enabling LLDP on all ethernet interfaces found in the cluster.

This example should be added under the existing section collecting nmpolicy example: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/networking/k8s_nmstate/k8s-nmstate-updating-node-network-config.html#capturing-nic-static-ip_k8s-nmstate-updating-node-network-config

The title of this section should be changed from "Capturing the static IP of a NIC attached to a bridge" to something like "Example policy configurations using dynamic matching and templating", grouping all the nmpolicy examples. This would complement the previous section "Example policy configurations for different interfaces".
