      Version:

          kubevirt-hyperconverged-operator.v4.12.3

      Issue:

      Disk clone fails with error:

failed to provision volume with StorageClass "ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd": rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc = cannot clone from volume ocs-storagecluster-cephblockpool/csi-vol-320c29a5-b052-4960-8e37-426db1392fe9: volume size -9223372036854775808 is smaller than source volume size 32212254720

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create VM from catalog (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 VM)
      • Disk source - URL (Image url was copied from the portal qcow2 images.)
      • I set the storage class for the disk as "ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd" That is my ODF storage.
      • And finally created the VM.
      • Wayt untill the VM is booted
      • Stop the VM
      • Click on the bootDisk (pvc)
      • Click Action -> Clone PVC

It seems to only happen when the UI is used.

        1. VM.yaml
          3 kB
        2. pvc.yaml
          3 kB
