Problem:
When displaying content of the each tab in Review and create VirtualMachine page, some pages contain title (Environment, Disks), some not. Also Scripts tab is special: it contains 3 subsections with 3 sub-titles. These pages are not consistent with each other.

Solution?
The solution is not clear, there are more possibilities:

1. to add missing titles, make them consistent as it was done for VM or Templates tabs
  + to make Scripts tab's sub-titles bigger - same size as titles in other tabs
  => these tabs would look same as VM ot Template tabs

2. to go for opposite - to remove titles from Environment, Disks tabs, so all the tabs won't
  contain title
  => less stuff displayed in the page so the user could focus on VM creation or the info itself
  => not clear what to do for Scripts tab, as there are 3 subsections and removing those
      sub-titles would lead to confusions for sure
  => not clear if some "?" with help text that are usually part of the title, won't be missing
      (Disks tab)

3. some other solution...
