"Restore template settings" is disabled in catalog cpu modal if the template is created from yaml. It only happen on the page while the template is just selected, not happen in other places like the cpu modal in customize mode (VM overview tab) and the cpu modal in VM details tab.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create template from yaml
2. select this template in catalog
3. edit cpu and momery

Actual result:
The button "Restore template settings" is disabled

Expected result:
The button "Restore template settings" is enabled
