Goal

Today the ability to expose SSH to a VM over LB is enabled only if MetalLB is installed in the cluster. We need to enable this option for other LB solutions, including cloud LB.

There is no option to identify if a LB is available for the cluster.

User Stories

• As a cluster admin I would like to expose SSH service to my VM regardless of the LB on the cluster
• As a cluster admin I would like to expose SSH service to my VM even if the LB is coming from a cloud provider
