Description

Following the requirement recommending that "Dev Preview" or "Tech Preview" features will be disabled by default and only cluster admins will need to opt-in to enable them, we would like to allow admins to toggle on/off this option on the settings page, so they will be able to reverse their decision.
This change includes some changes in the current settings section.
