Migrate a virtual machine to a specific host

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer are often exposed to vmware, and one click move is a common feature. Also common to do a slow drain of a node before maint activity, or just to plan. Really think we should have this feature, because it fits a long mind set of customer. Note that in telco apps with real-time needs, more control is also important. Closer to real-time, the more control that is needed.
