When upgrading OCP from 4.12 to 4.13, at the end of the upgrade process MCP goes from Updated: False, to Updated: True and then back to Updated: False. The same happens with the worker nodes, although they were already updated they go to Ready, Scheduling disabled a second time. This behavior causes issues with existing test automation. Need to reproduce this behavior, submit a bug for OCP MCO component and change the affected MCP fixtures.
