Based on my conversation with sradco we are anticipating bug in metric kubevirt_migrate_vmi_disk_transfer_rate_bytes. We need to manually validate that this is working.

Once manual validation is done:

1) create a polarion and get it reviewed, 2) create automation story for 4.14 backlog and 3) bring in the automation story in the sprint and work on it (depending on if bug exists and would be fixed in 4.13.z or no bug exists).
