Description of problem

Since the kubevirt-console-plugin container image has been updated to use RHEL 9.2, its Pod gets into CrashLoopBackOff state.

Deploy CNV version v4.13.0.rhel9-1982 or later.

Actual results
--------------

The kubevirt-console-plugin Pod gets into CrashLoopBackOff state.

----------------

The kubevirt-console-plugin Pod should start properly.

The Pod logs are reporting the following error:
