After starting a VM the instancetype/preference values are saved using the ControllerRevision.

There are 2 ways to update an instancetype/preference values after the VM first started:
1. delete the RevisionName field from the VM, which is added after the VM started for the first time
2. delete, create and start the VM

We need to create a test to make sure the values are updated using those methods.
