• The goal of this story is to give users the ability to view VMs per InstanceType on the Overview page.

• As a user, I would like to see how many InstanceTypes there are and a breakdown of VMs per InstanceType in a chart.
• As a user, I would like to drill down to the details of the InstanceTypes
