Description of problem:
During live migration, in the VM details page, some fields state

"VM not running", this is not correct
or
"Not available", here I wonder why the data is not available

2. Live Migrate a VM

Actual results:
Some fields show "VM not running" or "Not available"

Fields show accurate values if possible
