The Hypershift kubevirt CI periodics need support for testing kubevirt-csi. This involves adding the appropriate csi config to configure the conformance tests to exercise kubevirt-csi driver and adding the csi driver tests to the executed test list.

This file in openshift CI is where this needs to take place. 

Due to how the conformance tests are executed, the standard ocp conformance and csi conformance tests are executed separately. For the KubeVirt platform, we'd for both the standard and csi test suites to run within the same openshift CI test step so we can receive full conformance results encompassing both conformance and csi. This will involve altering the hypershift conformance step-registry to be capable of executing multiple test suites.
