Description of problem:
Added the downwardMetrics volume settings to a VM Template but when creating a VM from this Template, the disk disappears from the UI and also when creating a VM from this Template the downwardMetrics is missing from the VM also.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the downwardMetrics volume to a VM Template accordingly, just follow the the steps here:

2. Go through the steps for Create a VM, using this VM Template

3. Go to the Storage Step.

Actual results:
downwardMetrics disk is missing here (if it is showing, try editing/adding a disk.) When it has showed initially for me (happened a handful of time), it would just disappear from the Disks List when I edited another disk on this page.

Expected results:
Disk is shown in Disks List and does not disappear, also when VM is created the disk is there also.
