Goal
Automatically register RHEL VMs that are created from the GUI catalog.
User Stories
- As a cluster admin I would like to set my organization id and activation key (e.g in a configmap that is placed in openshift-cnv namespace, or annotations to HCO CR). If both are set, I would like the to be used in the cloud-init script that is passed to GUI-generated VMs so that new VMs are subscribed automatically. Confer to this blog about how organization id and activation keys are used to subscribe a VM.
- As a VM owner, I would like OpenShift Virtualization to provide me a RHEL VM that is already subscribed and automatically upgrades.

Notes
- This is a temporary implementation until the back end does the right thing in CNV-20459
