Goal

Instancetype will become the new way to create VMs in the future and we would like to track how this is done and what InstanceType are used / created.
We would like to have a metric on this similar to the ones we have for CNV templates and collect it to Telemetry.

User Stories

As a CNV developer I would like to know which instancetypes are being used
As a CNV developer I would like to know which instancetypes are being created by customers (to understnad what is missing)
As a CNV PM / UX I would like to know how many new VMs are being created with instancetype vs templates
