      We need a e2e presubmit job for our openshift fork to exercise cloud-provider-kubevirt's ability to mirror LB services across infra and guest clusters.

       

      This e2e test can execute the LB tests created in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-21954 to exercise cloud-provider-kubevirt
