[2172906] Add login username to virtctl ssh command

      Description of problem:
      The Copy SSH Command is "virtctl -n default ssh vm-from-default", when run this command from personal laptop, it will use the username of from local system, not the username defined in the vm cloud-init data, hence suggesting to add the username to this string: virtctl -n default ssh cloud-user@vm-from-default
