[2168561] Strorage IOPS card in VM Metrics has wrong case

Description of problem: The "Storage iops total read / write" card in VM Metrics tab should have uppercase letters(IOPS), to be consistent with other places, i.e. Top consumersbtab in Virtualization Overview
