virtctl removevolume allows one to remove non hotplugged volumes.

      If you have a VM named lets say example that contains a cloudinit disk named cloudinit you can use

      virtctl removevolume example --volume-name=cloudinit --persist
      

      To remove the cloudinit volume from the VM definition. I would expect the removevolume to reject trying to remove non dv and pvc volumes. In fact it should reject removing those as well if they are not hotplugged.
