Goal

Move the `inferFromVolume` feature to fully supported downstream.

User Stories

As a VM user I want the `inferFromVolume` feature to be fully supported in CNV v4.15.
As a VM user I want default instance type and preference labels to be applied to a DataVolume (and the destination DataSource and/or PVC) from the decorated source during creation of the DataVolume

Non-Requirements

Automatic inference of default instance types and preferences during image upload (via CDI) are no longer covered by this epic.
