Describe the issue:

In CNV 4.11.0,
a) RHEL9 is no longer using Alpha Template.
b) RHEL9 has FULL Support.

Suggestions for improvement:

We should drop the below line from this ( virt-4-11-technology-preview) section.

"You can now use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 Alpha template to create virtual machines."

Additional information:

Let's target this for 4.11.1, please.
