Description of problem:

• There are the following alerts observed in OCP for virt-handler:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

• 4.11.7

Actual results:

• Following alerts keeps on logging for virt-handler pod.

Summary
The container is using more memory than what is defined in the containers resource requests
