We should document what needs to be set in VM's spec in order to allow zero packet lost for DPDK applications running in it. This may be a new section under VM networking, based on the current SR-IOV docs. Furthermore it should list what needs to be configured on the cluster as a prerequisite (performance addons operator, huge pages, ...)
