Do not merge the release note PR until after we receive Microsoft's Windows Server Virtualization Validation Program (SVVP) certification.

Microsoft Windows SVVP certifies platforms for running Windows workloads. This shows customers that they can run Windows safely on our platform and get support for it.

"SVVP is not a logo program, rather a reference that companies and customers will be able to use in conjunction with their validated solutions". Reference: https://www.windowsservercatalog.com/svvp.aspx
