Secondary IP/s in a dual-stack service should have been already fully functional in K8S latest releases.

However, an old XFail (expected failure) is still failing in the `network/expose.go` e2e tests, with ref to this dual-stack service issue [1]

There is a need to investigate and determine if the failure is due to the test itself or due to a missing functionality from K8S side.
Hopefully this can be resolved and the XFail marking be removed from the relevant tests.
