Goal
Introduce e2e tests for the most critical events. We can consider about automating it only in tier 1.
User Stories
- As a CNV developer, I want to be sure that the events I'm expecting got automatically tested against possible regressions
so that we can trust them more

- List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
Notes
- Currently we already have some coverage in the unit tests but probably almost nothing in tier1/tier2
- This is only about the events generated by HCO operator, not by other components
