The VMs unhealthy states metrics report the timestamp that the VMs changed to that stae. This allows us to alert about VMs that are stuck in an unhealthy state.
We want to also be able to calculate the total unhealthy time for a VM for a specific time period for maintenance  purposes. We need to document how this can be done.
