Description of problem:

This is a usability bug,

message: 'Failure while starting VMI: admission webhook
"virtualmachineinstances-create-validator.kubevirt.io"
denied the request: provided resources CPU requests must be an
interger, spec.domain.resources.requests.memory
must be equal to spec.domain.resources.limits.memory,
spec.domain.resources.requests.cpu
or spec.domain.resources.limits.cpu must be equal when
DedicatedCPUPlacement
is true '

We could have something wrong in the vm.yaml. We expect KubeVirt to tell us
what's specifically wrong and not give many options to search.
