Description of problem:

I cannot get out of the VNC console session.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10.23

How reproducible: Scroll down while the VNC console session is open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Virtualization > VirtualMachines.
2. Click a VM to go to VM details page.
3. Click Console tab.
4. While VNC console is connected, scroll down.

Actual results: The browser window freezes and I can't get out of the session.

Expected results: I should be able to scroll up and click another tab.

Additional info: I can exit the session by refreshing the browser.
