Description of problem:
Current there are two fields about SSH: "SSH access" and "SSH command", we can make it just one:

• before
  1. when vm is off
  SSH access
  VirtualMachine is not running
  SSH command
  VirtualMachine is not running

2. when vm is running
SSH access
port: 30489
SSH command
user: fedora
ssh fedora@console-openshift-console.apps.uit-411-0619.cnv-qe.rhcloud.com -p 30489

Suggestion:
1. when vm is off
SSH access
VirtualMachine is not running

2. when vm is running
SSH access
ssh fedora@console-openshift-console.apps.uit-411-0619.cnv-qe.rhcloud.com -p 30489
