Description of problem:
When creating a vm using customize wizard, default is referring to namespace of newly created vm instead of template namespace.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm using quick create
2. create a vm using customize wizard
3. check vm label vm.kubevirt.io/template.namespace

Actual results:
namespace is not the template namespace

Expected results:
namespace is the template namespace
